As General Manager, Scott manages the Edigitize team day to day and oversees operations. He has a wide variety of entrepreneurial and management experience in the for-profit and non-profit worlds and recently completed a Master’s in Management. He enjoys building relationships with clients, dreaming up new ideas, coordinating operations and loves a good cup of coffee!
Kristin brings many years of media knowledge to the Edigitize team and to her role as Production Manager. She has acquired a wide variety of media production experience including both broadcast and publication. She is responsible for managing the operations within the artwork services production area to ensure optimum production fulfillment and improve the quality of production outputs. Kristin gives great attention to getting the details right and her understanding of workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization helps reduce customer effort and improves the customer experience. She enjoys collaborating with customers to help lead and direct quality creation and development of both input and output production.
Kristen Wigner is Edigitize's Customer Advocate. Through e-mail, phone, fax, and instant messaging, daily she assists customers in their digitizing and vectorizing needs. As an advocate for Edigitize customers, Kristen's number one priority is to see customers satisfied and to make sure their experience with Edigitize is positive and easy. In her spare time, Kristen really enjoys cooking and watching a good T.V. show.
Kristin Anderson joined the E-team in the fall of 2011 as Marketing Coordinator. In addition to implementing marketing and sales strategies, she is also involved in the day to day production and customer service aspects of the Edigitize experience. Her degree and background in Communications contributes to her success at Edigitize, and ultimately to the success of our customers. Outside of work Kristin enjoys writing, video production and editing, and keeping up with all her favorite TV shows.
